From Feb 2017 more consumer choice has been introduced into the Home Care Package program. You are now able to direct your Home Care Package to the provider of your choice, spending as you choose, on support and services you want.
Please note that this care type is Government Subsidised. See Private Home Care if you wish to pay for your home care privately.
Home Care Packages
Designed for individuals with complex care needs, Home Care Packages (HCP) provides older Australians (over 65) to gain access to affordable care services from the sanctuary of their own home.
Sanctuary Care can provide support to individuals with approved packages for levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. Our small team of Nurses and Carers will work with you every step of the way to ensure you receive the care you want.
